Housing Department, Ujjain&#8217;s revenue-backed infrastructure, which includes parking, retail spaces, lodging, and visitor amenities, is expected to sustain Ujjain&#8217;s pilgrimage economy while preserving Ujjain&#8217;s heritage.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Escrow_Mechanism_How_Repayment_Will_Work\"><\/span><strong>The Escrow trusts, and the Dharmasva department (religious trusts and endowments), it is proposed that the UDA will directly service the debt with temple-generated income. 80% of the income from the temple projects that agree to this contract will be deposited into an escrow account to service the debt, and the remaining 20% will be used for the administration and maintenance of the
