The bond carries a coupon of 5.46 percent, and it drew orders worth over $2.3 billion, making it roughly 2.3 times oversubscribed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The notes have <a href=\"https:\/\/goldenpi.com\/blog\/bond-ratings-and-risk-in-india\/\">investment-grade ratings<\/a> of Baa3 from Moody&#8217;s and BBB from S&amp;P and witnessed broad-based participation from investors across the US, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). According to an RBI circular from June 8, 2026, the window covers eligible ECB and OFCB flows that come in up to December 31, 2026, and you&#8217;ll still be able to access the swap until January 15, 2027, which is a bit more specific than that &#8220;December 30&#8221; deadline you might&#8217;ve seen floating around.
