The proceeds will count towards the Centre\u2019s 2026-27 disinvestment target.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank\u2019s finances look healthier than when it needed rescue capital. The Cabinet has approved the sale of a 60.72% stake in IDBI Bank to Fairfax Financial Holdings, but the transaction is still awaiting regulatory clearance and completion of the required formalities.
