SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021 governs them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, unlisted bonds are debt securities that are not listed on any recognised stock exchange (NSE or BSE). These bonds are exchanged in the over-the-counter (OTC) market, which means that a broker or other middleman is involved in the transaction. Market-makers make it simple to buy and sell unlisted bonds on the OTC market. Unlisted bonds could be less liquid than listed bonds because they are not traded on an exchange.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
