What are the documents required to invest in bonds & debentures? Explain the KYC process?


To invest in bonds and debentures on GoldenPi, you need the following details and documents:
  1. PAN card
  2. Aadhaar (for identity verification via DigiLocker)
  3. Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
  4. Demat account details (Demat Number)
Getting started with GoldenPi is simple and fully online. Here's how the KYC process works:
Step 1: Sign up
Sign up on GoldenPi using this link: https://goldenpi.com/sign-up.
Step 2: Access your dashboard
After signing up, open your dashboard to begin your KYC journey, with the "Start your KYC" button
Step 3: Enter PAN details
Enter your PAN number, Date of Birth (as per PAN), and Name (as per PAN).
Based on these details, the system will fetch your records for your respective KRA KYC agency
Step 4: Complete personal details
Fill in any additional personal details required as per regulatory norms.
Step 5: Verify with Aadhaar via DigiLocker
Complete Aadhaar-based verification through DigiLocker as prompted.
Step 6: Add bank account details
Provide your bank account details. You need to share your Bank A/c number and your IFSC code with us; we use these details to verify the same.
Step 7: Add Demat details
Enter your Demat ID/Number, which you'd be able to find through your Demat provider
  • A CDSL Demat ID is a 16-digit numeric code.
  • An NSDL Demat ID starts with "IN" followed by 14 digits.
If your KYC is auto-approved, you will be able to start transacting on the platform. If any details require manual verification, your KYC information will be sent to the GoldenPi team for verification.
