Best Capital Services Limited (BCSL) is a IVR BBB rated non-deposit taking NBFC which was incorporated in 1995. BCSL was acquired by current promoter Mr. Arun Bagadia in 2011. The company commenced operation with vehicle financing and over time, it expanded its product offerings to include MSME loans secured against residential or commercial property, and vehicle financing for both private and light commercial vehicles. The company got registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a non-banking finance company – non deposit accepting (NBFC) in 1995 with it’s registered office located at Jaipur, Rajasthan As on March 31, 2026, the company was operating in 7 states through a network of 30 branches, with assets under management (AUM) of Rs. 301.5 crores.
