Incorporated on July 16th, 1986, Power Finance Corporation Limited (“PFC”) is an ICRA AAA rated systemically important NBFC registered with RBI.

It is an Infrastructure finance company set up by the Government of India to fund projects in the domestic power sector. PFC provides loans for a range of power sector activities including generation, distribution, transmission, and plant renovation and maintenance, and other infrastructure projects.

PFC is listed on both BSE and NSE of India, with a market capitalization of INR 1.39 Lakh crores and an AUM of INR11.63 lakh crores.
