About Issuer

Muthoot Fincorp Limited (“FINCORP”) was incorporated on 1997 is a CRISIL AA rated. It is a systematically important, non-deposit taking NBFC registered with RBI.

It is engaged in lending against Gold loan jewellery. It is the flagship company of the Muthoot Pappachan Group, which has diverse businesses such as hospitality, real estate and power generation.

Fincorp on a standalone basis had an AUM of ~INR 57,580 Cr, and a PAT of ~INR 1,640 Cr, which is almost 3 times the PAT of FY’24 of ~INR 563 Cr. It operates with a branch network of 3,781 with opening of new branches in North, East and South.
