It is headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram and Zonal Offices are at Kozhikode, Ernakulam, and Thiruvananthapuram. Before 1956 it was known as Travancore Cochin Financial Corporation. KFC has disbursed more than Rs. 3000 Crores to facilitate 40,000 projects in the state. It is the first PSU in Kerala to start Corporate Social Responsibility. KFC has established KFC-CARE to serve the needy people in the society.
