Incorporated in 2012, Navi Finserv Limited (“Navi”) was formerly known as Chaitanya Rural Intermediation Development Services Private Limited. Founded by Sachin Bansal (co-founder of Flipkart), it focuses on providing personal loans and home loans to salaried individuals under the “Navi” brand with 13+ lakhs customers.

Navi is a wholly owned subsidiary of Navi Technologies Ltd. which is the holding company for all the financial services businesses ranging from asset management to lending to insurance.

Navi’s digital-first distribution for its personal loans and home loans offerings enables it to deliver products and solutions to their customers without the need of physical infrastructure. This provides an extensive reach and allows the Company to make financial services accessible for a wide array of customers.
