- Entity PAN and proof of legal existence/registration (such as the trust registration certificate and Trust Deed, Society Registration Certificate, or certificate of incorporation and applicable Section 8 documents)

- Board/managing-body resolution or other authorisation identifying the authorised signatories
- KYC documents of the authorised signatories, including identity and address proof
