Which are the documents required for KYC of an NGO?


  • PAN of NGO
  • Address Proof of NGO
  • Canceled cheque of NGO Bank Account from where funds will be invested
  • Latest CMR copy as proof of the NGO's Demat Account. In case you do not have it, you can request your Demat provider to share it.
  • Self-attested copy of the resolution (to invest in Bonds) along with a list of authorized signatories
  • A latest certified true copy of Trust deed
  • Certificate of registration
  • Self-attested pan card of Trustees authorized to execute the documents.
